Welcome to Romancing the Gowns…the consignment store of your dreams! By offering boutique quality dresses without the boutique price tag, we help brides and dress-seekers of the Kansas City and surrounding areas find high-end, designer gowns for a fraction of the retail price. Through our careful selection, we consign and resell only current styles and designer brands, each one being carefully inspected to guarantee its condition. At Romancing the Gowns, our customers find beautiful, clean, gently loved dresses for special occasions including weddings, proms, sorority events and formals. And, through our consignment process, we also offer a way for customers to resell their dresses, creating both extra income and extra closet space.

We specialize in wedding and bridal party dresses for brides, bridesmaids, mothers and flower girls, and also enjoy outfitting our younger audience of sorority sisters and prom queens.
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we encourage customers to call for an appointment and visit our boutique in rural Savannah, Missouri. Take Exit 50 from I-29 at St. Joseph, Missouri and go northeast on Highway 169 for about seven miles. Sunday –Tuesday: Closed
